Yoshi (ヨッシー, Yosshī) is Lip's counterpart in both versions of Yoshi no Panepon for the Gameboy and BS SFC, released outside of Japan as Tetris Attack for the SNES and Gameboy. Yoshi is accompanied with Little Yoshi (チビヨッシー, chibi Yosshī) in the game including the Vs. mode.
Since Yoshi is associated more with eggs, than flowers, many of the assets were redesigned to accommodate. Making his stage look entirely different stage from Lip's. Yoshi is also accompanied by Little Yoshi in this game.
