Elias is one of the characters of the original Panel de Pon game for the SNES / SFC. Being the Fairy of Water, she’s the 5th boss encounter to Lip in the story.

Elias has light blue wavy hair and matching eyes.
She wears a white strapless dress included with a red gem on its chest and pale blue boots. For accessories, she wears a forehead necklace with a yellow gem on the center, alongside with the matching bracelets and blue earrings.

Trivia[]
- Elias' 3rd render is unlinked in the Panel de Pon website, and this render can be clearly be seen in the manual.
- In non-Japanese releases of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Cecil is incorrectly named as "Water Fairy Elias", this is not the case for the Japanese release since she is named as Cecil.
